Bad customer service & Faulty product

I am nog usually the type of person to write a bad review, but this is just getting ridiculous.

We bought a Nannyvac in Nov 2023, since then the device just stopped working on 3 separate occasions. Each time we have to send the device from us in Pretoria to Cape Town and wait 2 weeks for any communication or feedback.

This time the device is not working for the exact same reason as it did previously (3 weeks ago).

Don’t waste your money on this brand, you will have something that is not working half the time! rather get something else.
