I recently upgraded my Lte to Fibre. I contacted RSA web. They arranged with Vumatel who subcontracted out to Nano Fibre to install cable from perimeter wall to house. They arrived on time. The installed the cable. There was no explanation as to how to connect to router. The router was delivered. I connected it and I had a connection. 8 hours later the internet connection was lost. Its taken 5 days for the 3 companies involved to finally send out a tech. Its day 5 now, no internet. Vumatel has just been and reported that Nano Fibre has installed a substandard fibre cable. Not sure how Vumatel can be outsourcing companies that install substandard equipment. Let's see how much longer it takes Nano to install a new cable.
