I took my car for service at the dealership. Just want to thank and appreciate a wonderful job they did on the latest major service for the car. Their service is top class and they fixed all the loose ends created by the former dealership. Keep on doing your best and taking good care of your clients cars. You deserve a standing ovation

Bought brake pads. I was also made to buy another part which i didn't need. Waiting for refund which they promised to pay. I submitted all documents required. I talked to the salesman and his supervisor. I called several times with the promise I will be refunded. No feedback, nothing at all. I just want my refund 😪

Recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from them and discovered a few issues with the vehicle within a week of the purchase. I pointed these issues out to them and they refused to repair them. Mind you, this car is still under warranty. The color on the fender of the car is starting to fade within less than a year. Clearly buying a car from Nash Nissan doesn't guarantee that the vehicle was inspected for Nissan stamp of approval. Utilise their services at own risk.

I booked in my car for a repair at Nash Nissan and brought it in on 08th July 2025. No one called me me give me an update about the car on the day. When I called them later in the afternoon, no one knew where my car was, all 3 service advisors didn’t know where my car was, even my service advisor DELANA MANUEL didn’t know where my car was. They eventually found the car after asking questions like, “when did I bring the car?” And that’s after I made another follow up later on the day and was told that the technician is still busy with it. The following day I called to make another follow upon the car and was told that the technician is busy on the car. How long dors it take for Nash Nissan to diagnose the problem of the vehicle? I’ve been making follow up with the after being told that she will call me in 20 minutes and never does. Every time I make a follow up I always get the same answer, I’ll call you in the 15 minutes and never does. It’s the third day now and still the technician is still diagnosing the car. She even told that there are other cars there. My car spent the night in the dealership and I’m being told that I have to understand that they have other cars to deal with. When I called to say I’m coming to get my car and taking it to another dealership, her response was “OHK!” Showing that they haven’t began with car. I’M NEVER! EVER TAKING MY CAR TO THAT DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from this dealership. I paid upfront for a wheel cap in early September 2024 and was assured it would be available within 21 days. It is now January, and I have received no updates. My calls are dropped, emails go unanswered, and every time I visit in person, I am simply told the part is not available. This lack of communication and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. I feel disrespected and frustrated. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone expecting reliable service and professionalism.

Bought Mazda 3 2 months back it had scratches, some minor dents and a weird sound when braking while reversing. Reported this a week after I bought it and they told me not to worry as they are liable of repairing all issues reported within a month of purchase. They took the car for one week claiming to repair it but to my surprise it car came back the same, still has the weird sound while reversing and they told me its because it was parked for long and still has dents and scratches nothing was done to it. I am so disappointed by Nash Nissan Alberton....they were so quick to sell the car and yet they cant satisfy their clients. Till this day the car still has a very embarrassing sound while reversing.

Nash Nissan and Nissan Edenvale they treat their employees like dirt make them they never appreciated their workers if they complain they say to them they should resign and if they don t they, they give them voluntary dismissal and never pay them, I have more than two weakness who experienced this one was my brother who worked at Nissan Edenvale and one is my partner who was at Nash Nissan even today he was not paid for him working there as long as they still treating black people like this I will never be quite till my brother and my partner get justice also the other people they treated unfairly and even dismiss them unfairly I will keep on fighting.

Terrible customer service from the Service Manager, Loren Naidu and Delena Manuel. They refused to refund my claim citing silly reasons and were forced to reimburse me after I instituted legal action. What is worse was the arrogance and condescending manner in which they engage their customers. It is very unfortunate from the Nissan brand.
