I took up a service plan with them and the first claim I tried making was declined because I didn't go service the vehicle at exactly 15 000km, I was a few km over. They also don't inform you that you need to pay for the work first and then they'll refund you. So if you have a job that costs 10s of thousands and you don't have that money to pay, then you're *****ed.
I bought cast iron post and within 3months, the paint was chipping off. They don't live up to the non stick guarantee, they get discoloured very quick I've owned cast iron post before and this terrible quality was a first for me. Never again
The service recieved from this agent was super great I would recommend that you make use of his services. Very patient and articulate. 5 star service.
Recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from them and discovered a few issues with the vehicle within a week of the purchase. I pointed these issues out to them and they refused to repair them. Mind you, this car is still under warranty. The color on the fender of the car is starting to fade within less than a year. Clearly buying a car from Nash Nissan doesn't guarantee that the vehicle was inspected for Nissan stamp of approval. Utilise their services at own risk.
