I am extremely disappointed with the service from this dealership. I paid upfront for a wheel cap in early September 2024 and was assured it would be available within 21 days. It is now January, and I have received no updates. My calls are dropped, emails go unanswered, and every time I visit in person, I am simply told the part is not available. This lack of communication and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. I feel disrespected and frustrated. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone expecting reliable service and professionalism.
