Money making is not for grieving families
Good Day Your memorial park is supposed to offer peace of mind and exclusivity. You take people's grief and make a mockery of it. I understand that you want money but have 20 funerals at any given time baring in mind the space and parking is limited. The was parking inside but the guards were not checking so cars can come in.Old people with heart problems had to walk . I know people might be desperate for a place to bury their lives ones and you taking on 20 families and not giving a damn. No co-ordination. We had to wait an hour to bury my father because there were two funerals next to each other. No privacy. They carried on singing and dancing we had no access to our grave. If it is about the money and making as much of it as possible by having so many funerals at once why not allocate times. 3 or 4 families per hour at different locations So if you have gold bronze and silver bookings Let one of each come in for an hr so they not on top of each other We were so embarrassed and had people coming from far to spend time getting into the grave and the waiting an hr or more to get access to the grave. R37000 onwards is alot of money for the treatment we received.

Nesrec memorial park
Nasrec is day by day becoming like any other government burial sites The site is dirty after funerals They break people's stuff at the gaves The service once you report this is horrible woooooo God You would expect to find clean place when you visit your loved ones It's just havoc at Nesrec This Carol lady even worse no customer care at all

Rude bad customer service.
I'm very disappointed and angry at the service I got from them,especially Carol and Nicol,they are very RUDE,Nicol is worse cause the day we came fto pay for my brothers grave,she didn't explain the teams and conditions of the grave,today 30rd of July 2025,I called and both ladies were so rude and for the money that we are paying there,they dont deserve to work there,I'm very disappointed.

Rude bad customer service.

Incorrect billing date
I just called Nasrec memorial, spoke to Nicole who was very arrogant and rude. They ran a debit order today instead of the 21/09/2024 as per contract. Called her I asked her nicely why did you run a debit order today she said' Ma'am I don't know give me your ID number, not can I have your ID number. She said she has a system problem she'll call again I'm still waiting. I called again asking her why is she rude she said she deals with customer service I can send a complaint I'm shocked by the pathetic service received. Thinking Nasrec Memorial park will provide quality service I was wrong. I called using 011 3007568

Fast Becoming Avalon Cemetery!!
What a disaster Nasrec has become. The gravesite has become no better than Avalon. Gaining entry with a funeral took us over an hour. By the time we parked the family had almost completed burial. The busses that bring people to the site park everywhere and cars can’t drive into the parking lot. People are parking their cars by the gate blocking others to drive in/out. Your security company was useless and people had to control the traffic themselves. I have taken pictures which I am happy to share with you. You need to Do better for people who are coming to bury their loved ones, people who are in mourning. Some of the toilets were blocked, there was a foul odour from the drains. Nauseating !!!! People pay you over R20k to have a dignified send off for their loved ones!!! What we witnessed on Saturday was disgusting.

Poor with 100%percent blackmail service
It's been 4 months now since I have complained to them regarding my dad's head stone after they have put someone closer to him leading the way grave to fall. I was promised that it will attended to to my suprised after so many months still nothing has been done. They don't respond to my emails and when they do I get to be blackmailed I had to follow up on them as my email was read and ignored.... Currently I have started communicating with CPA officer for an advise. With so much that has been paid together there poor service I got from them I would not recommend it to anyone.

Security unreasonable and poor communication between the office send Security guards
I have been waiting at the gate for over 40 minutes. The security gaurds are awful. They refuse for me to drop off flowers with my car. They say I must leave my car at the gate and walk all the way and carry the flowers to my dads burial. This is totally unreasonable. It is hot and I can't carry all the flowers. It's not busy at all. Please beware that you may not enter with your car. This is something that should have been communicated. I have paid alot of money just to abused. I
