Nasrec is day by day becoming like any other government burial sites The site is dirty after funerals They break people's stuff at the gaves The service once you report this is horrible woooooo God You would expect to find clean place when you visit your loved ones It's just havoc at Nesrec This Carol lady even worse no customer care at all
We recently got a car at the dealership about a month ago However we did not receive an extra key ....(Spare ) Due to an unfortunate incident that happened we are left with no keys and no means to use the vehicle My partner has been to the dealership uo get assistance to no avail just a bunch of stories on the whereabouts of the spare keys Today again I tried to reach out to the dealership and was told there nothing they can do I have to wait No time frame given or more information with this regard
I am broken beyond words , standard bank has made me lose an job opportunity due to their lack of accountability and diligence... I took a loan last year and settled the account , however standard bank went on and listed me No I have a bad credit under my name and also come across to my employer as not trustworthy Wow I will now sit unemployed because of them
Woolworth will take you from piller to post , taking you from one legal company to the next cause they do not want to take responsibility It's been 3months now they been ducking and diving not wanting to speak to us and exaplian the root of the matter I would never advice anyone to get a Woolworth store card
Hollard will take you from pillar to post and still not pay out what is due to you . My dad ensured that when he is one day no more we are taken care of but not if hollard has anything to do with it they don't care
Hollard will bring even more pain to what you already feel after losing a loved one My dad passed on the 8th of December i made a claim on the 10th and had advised the funeral will be on the 15th ,the consultants helping me assured me that the claim would be processed asap , but unfortunately that was not the case Hollard paid out the claim night before the funeral ,leaving us having to run to the bank and loan shark to get funds to give my father a decent send off i than suffered an asthma attacked which also caused my blood pressure to be high to to the stress of not knowing what will i do with my dad funeral Hollard did not stop there , they carry on to cause us even more pain as we sent a claim for my father life policy. We being told of documents that we submitted and the lady i spoke to seems not to even care as i explain to her that those documents have been submitted . i have been to the Hollard office in parktown 3 times now and not finding joy at all Hollard will debit their premium but will fail to meet their end of the deal leaving you in debt as you try to give your loved one a decent sent off They just don't care.
Absa does not care about its people I am constantly having to chase up on everything Two months ago I went to horizon view absa to try sort out my father account as he is a old My dad has an overdraft with the bank we were than advised by the credit controller to approach the branch so they can place the bank fees on hold this is due to the fact we keep paying but it does not reflect on the overdraft I was than told they would sort it out Today I went to absa Killarney and no help at all I was told they can't do that as there needs to be an investment account Why is absa making the old people suffer so much ..... no compassion what so ever
Nedbank Insurance department is sooo disappointing and have no consideration for their clients I went to the Newtown office to get assistance with cancellations of the home loan insurance but instead been taken from piller to post I arrived at 11:30 firstly the reception lady was not helpful at all I was told the department who are going to help are not in I must come back tomorrow I also advise I am with an elderly person who is not well but with no empathy was told nothing they can do Sat there till 1:30 with no assistance This is quite sad how nedbank has no regard for its clients
I was at shell garage Protea Gardens this morning Yes petrol price has gone up but I poured R100 petrol but no move nothing . I addressed this with the superior on duty and he advised there nothing he can do I dd the same at BP garage and I got movement Why is is and what's happening with shell garage ......
