"Clearly you have crossed a line which I didn't not think was necessary. I think there is no need to communicate to us directly. We will get our debt collector to communicate with you directly. You post things which you cannot substantiate. Thank you Eric. We will file this and respond accordingly"

Melvinia transgresses the POPI Act, then when i complain about it, suddenly they getting Debt Collectors. How is that going remedy anything as i pay my rent. This is clear ************ trying to shift focus away, from their violations!
I can substantiate every fact in my previous post above:
1. Existing neighbors and previous owner will witness that Melvinia was informed in no uncertain terms, of the severity of these floods before they took over ownership.
2. Previous & all current tenants will witness that they were NOT informed about the severity & dangers of these floods.
3. Previous & current tenants will witness that they are continually experiencing water leaks from the ceilings. I have been here more than a year & it has never been resolved.
4. Previous & current tenants who experienced the March 2025 flood of the dwellings, will witness that Melvinia did NOT take any liability & DENIED having knowledge of these floods.
5. Previous & current tenants will witness that the swimming pool has never been fenced or covered. After the flood it was emptied, but more recently filled again, yet remains stagnant.
6. Previous & current tenants will witness that they have never received any invoices for rental, nor Receipts for Cash or Statements showing payments & balances. I would say this clearly leaves no accounting trail & the income is undeclared. If it was declared an accountant would insist on paperwork, yet it does not exist?
7. Current tenants in the tenants WA group, will witness that they saw and read the outburst Melvinia posted, trying to humiliate myself & another tenant, further divulging private information about us, thus transgressing the POPI Act? I also have this message as evidence.
8. This outburste on the group was her response to a video another tenant posted showing 1,000's of mosquito larvae floating & hatching in the stagnant swimming pool. I never posted anything, so why she also targeted me, I can only describe as malicious behavior.
9. She denied all liability & tried shifting it to myself & the mosquito poster. These mosquitos are going to affect ALL the tenants on the property & the surrounding neighbors. She clearly does not care about anybody/anything, but her pocket.
10. Then she removed the other tenant & myself from the group, manipulating the situation, as to prevent us from replying to her outburst!
11. Two of the other tenants told me and will witness that Melvinia bad-mouthed me to them, making out that I am a unreliable person & that she is trying to get rid of me. She also told another that I am a rich guy just living like a poor person. Now what that is intended for, again can only be malicious behavior. Why is she even discussing me with other people??
12. One of the tenants has a WA message as evidence where Melvinia threatened them, with sending the guys to put their belongings on the pavement, yet they were just 2 weeks late with rental. This is pure ************, considering rental is actually paid in advance.
I would say the above 12 points are pretty much "more than substantial", as to back any evidence related to my Hello Peter post, and will stand strong in any Court of Law!
I believe there is no history of the violator having mental health issues. So i must assume she is consciously behaving & acting in such threatening manner, with full intent to manipulate & intimidate the people she earns a living from.
