I am single, retired, self employed, do NOT receive a salary or free hand-outs like SASSA, nor do I have any retirement plan. I invested whatever money I had into various types of equipment which could earn me a living in future, making me a valued & contributing member of the economy & society. I have now been without any income for 8 weeks (2 months), starving & cannot continue living this way anymore?? I cannot earn anything without my devices & equipment, my clients do NOT pay me, unless I deliver the goods to them! >>> Nedbank Insurance got all 12 monthly payments in full, all UP-FRONT ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I started loosing equipment when the heavy storms started during the first 2 weeks of April 26, by the 3-4th week I had lost so much due to roof & wall leakages that I had no choice but to turn to my legally VALID, fully paid-up insurance policy. I initiated this policy in Sep '25 & its fully paid-up until Sep '26. I reached out to N. Insurance on 3 May 2026, making a claim in the hope to recovery A.S.A.P. & continue earning a income! I have further NOT claimed from any insurance since 1996 making that a 30 year no claim period. I owe Nedbank Insurance nothing & the assessors have assessed/seen/removed my damaged possessions & completed their task more than 2 weeks ago on 8 May 26. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thus far I have experienced exceptionally POOR & PAINFUL service from Nedbank & their stupid AI computerized systems is a complete failure? ..in fact it is ridiculously daft?!?!? -- When I call the toll free number, it tells me.. 1. "did u know u can call the toll free number 0860 333 111" yet IT IS THE NUMBER I AM CALLING & MADE TO WAIT FOREVER? Then I have to repeat my identification over & over, as I get transferred from person to person (sometimes 4-5 times per call) telling me lie after lie? 2. They also state I can claim easily via the Nedbank App, Facebook & WhatsApp, however those channels do NOT exist in reality, they merely buttons with NO functions? Their system is blatantly lying to the public about claim procedures, all just lip service?? They are disrespectful of clients time & THINK i AM STUPID?? 3. I was told last week they are only going to give me an update sometime next week. I find that totally unacceptable! The operator said it was because they are dealing with their preferred suppliers for better prices, but I know that it's just a delaying tactic? 4. If they cannot replace my items in two weeks, it means they are purposely delaying restoring my life? I can go to any commercial store/supplier & replace a printer, phone or laptop etc, within minutes after paying, walk out the door & I will be working again. I should not be part of their delay tactics in buying items from "bargain ba*****t" stores. They are there to rectify my losses, not to shop around trying to save money, probably for inferior products & therefor sabotaging my life & income on my expense & time? 5. I have not demanded nor prescribed any specific values to the lost items, and they have been advised accordingly by their assessors on their terms, about all the relevant replacement values. 6. They should NOT be in possession of a authorized "Financial Service Provider" license as it seems they do not have the capacity, nor willing to rectify their clients losses in a speedy timorous manner. -> SA public is tired of being bul****, short changed & ****** from by institutes/businesses who do NOT deserve the right to offer services of this nature? The authorities should revoke their license with immediate effect! 7. I am not accepting one more day's delay in this claim any further, and am reporting this matter to the Insurance Ombudsman once i have posted this. I am also reporting my painful experience dealing with Nedbank Insurance, to the Devi Show, Carte-Blanche & reporting it on social media far & wide? I do not understand why they insist in making their clients suffer this way? 8. If they want to avoid further repercussion, and negative publicity coming their way, I suggest they immediately send me a list with the values they established, from their assessors for each item, showing a total and just settle me the value in cash? Then I can go & purchase the items I need urgently, as to get my life back together, earning some income again, as to pay my dues & have food on the table again?
A proprietor of this registered company Melvinia Chidi (Mungova) acquired a below the flood-line property in Fountainbleau, Randburg with full knowledge thereof as it was cheap! She is clearly a tenant monger, who lies & fails to disclose the income to SARS, as well as the dangers it poses to tenants, as to get them to sign a lease. She also refuses to fix any issues, like ongoing roof leaks, rats, mosquito & termite invasions etc. When floods occur & destroys tenants property, income, health & well being she just claims she was not aware of any of these safety risks. If tenants complain about anything, she starts to bully them & tries to force them off the property. She uses threatening tactics, like sending heavy handed guys to put your possessions into the street. This property has been flooding for the past 20+ years, and she hides that from potential tenants. There is also an open swimming pool with no fence or safety net, which breaks municipal bylaws? She never issues invoices or statements to tenants, which is mandatory, and clearly indicates that she does not declare the income to SARS, another violation of SA laws. Tenants are merely cash-***s to her & she does not care about peoples safety. She furthermore conjures up ridiculous lies to new tenants, about existing tenants as to try distance communication between them. She also contravenes the POPI Act of SA by disclosing tenants private information on her public groups as to try manipulate the situation to her benefit. She must be brought to Justice, reprimanded & should not be allowed to engage in rental property at all, as she is NOT a law abiding citizen by any means?
last night I went for take away, and ordered... 1x marylou ribs + chips R 199 1x steak & ribs combo (salad) R 300 steak medium rare 1x extra mushroom sauce R 39 1x extra onion rings R ?? 1x coffee milkshake R ?? consumed whilst waiting 1x Hunters Gold R ?? consumed whilst waiting It totaled R 640 +- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- they gave me the order and when I got home I found that I had been given only.. 1x marylou ribs + chips R 199 1x marylou ribs + salad R 199 1x extra onion rings R ?? but NO STEAK or mushroom sauce which I ordered specifically for the steak So I paid R 139 extra for nothing, as there was no steak/sauce?? I have been a loyal customer of Thundergun for over 20 years & I have never felt more cheated than I did last night.. I suggest they jack up their procedures & checking orders properly, as after this I doubt I will ever come back again! They don't answer their emails either very dissatisfied customer.. Eric Kirsten
Linden SAPS commander Titus, verbally attacked me when I tried reporting a crime against the State of over R1,000,000 recently. He asked me where the crime was committed, but i knew that question is their standard question when they don't want to assist, so I said it does not matter where as long as it happened in SA. He went off at me claiming he is sick and tired of people pointing fingers at SAPS. Anyway he then took me to a useless investigator, and I just ended up walking out the station realizing that they have no interest in solving any ***** or crimes and lazy to take statements. Its the 4th year I have tried reporting this crime, and they all have excuses, I have been to 5 different SAPS charge offices around Randburg area & they all have excuses., even being as arrogant to tell me I must investigate it myself??? We dont have any policing in SA,they/its rotten to the bone!!

This place has been state captured by its own staff. Nobody can get any thing from them without some backhand? Been at 66 Marshall Jhb, 5 times recently, 3 times the power was off, then the network was off & when i spoke to a person, they said i must come back. I paid DOJ on line, upfront via EFT for 4 certified copies of an Estate file, been over 2 months now, no results?!

They are ****mers, They have acquired my personal details *******ly and are therefore in contravention of the POPI Act and your company will be reported to the Organised Crime Unit as a **** posing as a legitimate debt collecting agency. Why have they not taken me to Court yet? ....because they have NO legal rights after 3 years subscription expired!? Now they are trying to ****** money from people by threatening people & escalating interest which is *******? I have not even owned a tv for over 2 DECADES???? They will get NOTHING FROM ME EVER! So why do they keep harassing me? They should follow the law & Summons me to a Court of Law for the money they claim I owe. They have my details, I have awaited the Sheriff of the Court to deliver the Summons to my doorstep for decades? But it never happens???
Helkom is thee communications mafia in SA, hiding behind a AI system pre-programmed to ***** from its clients, employing zombie/robotic staff answering u from a system prompt on a monitor. Lets stand together & STOP this lack of service, despicable behavior & blatant theft. We don't need service providers like this in our lives....
I have bought more than 8 batteries from this Geoff guy in the past, generally his service was good & fast. I have now picked up a problem with 1 of 2 Alienware batteries I bought from him. It has been a back an forth for weeks now & I get NO customer service from him. He tells me to do a google search, this is NOT the way to service clients. Do NOT buy his product as it carries no guarantee & his customer service does NOT exist. Take note he also sells on TakeAlot so avoid Cameron Sino products??
