******** Withholding of My R7 500 Rental Deposit

I am disappointed with Natal Properties for withholding my R7 500 rental deposit for Apartment R5, Mountain View, Hilton.

No incoming inspection was conducted when I moved in, and the unit was not in proper condition. After moving out (with proper notice), only an outgoing inspection was done, and I am now being charged for alleged damages I dispute.

No signed incoming inspection report, repair quotes, or invoices have been provided, and my emails have gone unanswered.
