Dishonest Behavior

I recntly had my apartmnt remodeld&got Natfix2instal new aluminium windows on da corridor syd.I theraftr askd 4a garantee,&was told by the owner Graham dat he has been doing a lot of work in the buildin4many yrs&dat his name is his garantee.I gues I accpted dis at dat stage.I theraftr had an issue with my outr facin wndows&got Natfix2repair dem.I was told by Graham dat da catchs&wheels needd2b replacd.I askd y the wndows wer leanin slytly&was told dat it was because of the wheels.I acceptd da quote&work was carried out.I theraftr found dat da windows were still not moving very smoothly&dat dey wer still leaning,also that 1 catch wasn't closing properly.I contactd Graham2enquir about the issues.He then statd dat da tracks wer damagd&altho da wheels wer replaced, nothin cud be done about the movement not being smooth.He said that he never say anything about the leaning of the windows being attributed2the wheels. He den sed dat he will send his staff2sort da catch out&an appointment was made 4 8:30am Monday morning, I cald his office at 9am that morning as no1 arrivd. I was told to call the fitter who now told me told me that he was told by Graham2come2me last at the end of da day.
