WORST SERVICE EVER

A call centre Consultant called EMILIA MADDALIN-CHIAFFOI and PORTIA ZONDI

"Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I've been trying to get assistance with a dispute, and the agent I was assigned to, Emilia and Potia, has been completely unhelpful. They never answers their phone or emails, and when I finally did get a hold of them, Potia is very rude and dismissive, As Emilia always apologatic but no progress or any action It's been 2 years of me chasing her for updates, and they still hasn't provided any clear information on the status of my case. This is a complete waste of time and an example of terrible public service. I feel like I'm doing her job for her. There's no accountability or professionalism, and I am beyond frustrated with the lack of progress and communication."
