I am having a fantastic service from Clicks and the branch is in Nelspruit or Mbombela ...The pharmacist is Susan ....Thank you very much to all involved in dispatching my medecine to the driver who even took my number and call me when he has a package . Thank you .We are working together not against each other and the result is fantastic specially the pharmacist who went out of her way to supply me with all my medecines . Very pleasant to deal with them .

This company delivers medicine to my 85 year old mother in Walkerville. She renewed her prescription with her Doctor who sent it to them. They call her everyday and harass her. They tell her that she has to pay in R34 or she won't get her medicine. She cannot walk or drive. When I call, the whole place is busy on their phones. I leave messages every hour and no-one phones back. My mother is already on anxiety pills and this is making her condition worse. Why can't anyone call back?

On 5/1/15 I sent my registration form to NCS for delivering of our chronic medicine. They did not deliver our medicine that was due on 29/1/15 or communicate with me.Overall I have sent 15 e mails to them and made 11 telephone calls. They did not respond to my e mails. Every time I called - they either cut me off, said they will put me through but cut me off or that someone will call me back. Nobody ever called me back. Then I asked the medical aid for assistance. The medical aid called them (Vanessa). After that they delivered only a part of the scripts on 5/2/15. The other medication was \to follow"The medication that we need the most namely the high blood pressure medicine"

Imperial med has just recently changed their dispensary to the national credit solutions which is a nightmare. I have been waiting for my pills for more than a week now and this is taking a toil on my health. I am wondering how many people are actually going through this and it is frustrating. I have called them to find out what the delay is about and I am being told that they will come back to me.<br> I don't understand why they are chosen to do dispensary if they cannot do their job. this is not on and Imperial needs to do something about this.

Due to. Imperial med not allowing Dischem as a service provider without member having to pay fees they opted to have National Chronic Solutions to deliver Chronic meds to your doorstep without paying any levies, this has become a massive task for NCS as its not only me in this situation but a couple of people who work with me aswell, they put medication through the system on 19th Jan to be delivered by the 25th Jan, on this date i enquired and was informed it would be delivered, then the promises started that everyday it would be the next day, today is the 2nd Feb and still now been promised tomorow, this medication is blood pressure tablets that iam without and am not feeling well, i cat from a pharmacy and pay cash as the transaction has already been loaded on system and it wont go through as its been handled already according to system, this is vert vert bad service, these are CHRONIC meds for blood pressure, they dont seem to worry much about this, not even a telephone call, i must say Imperial med Jana Schroder-Swarts has been helpfull but can only inform me on NCS failure.
