My husband has been online for more than 3 hrs to get assistance from Vox. Their services is the worst and they do not even return calls when required to. We are struggling to work from home because of connection issues. We are definitely going to cancel VOX and get a service provider. Pathetic company!
I deposited R6000 yesterday at Clearwater capitec ATM. The ATM swallowed my money and the machine had an error. I went inside the bank to get help from one of their consultants, who assured me that my money will be in my account within an hour. To my surprise, I received an sms that my dispute was declined and that they were no funds found. I want my money!!! This is frustrating as capitec are the ones that moved their in-house deposit services to the ATM. I know have to explain to the people I owe why their money is not paid. I am definitely closing this account and going back to a reputable bank.
I have 2 accounts paid up in July through the nimble group. I was told y their agents that it will take 21 working days for the paid up accounts to be updated with the credit bureau. Till now, the paid up accounts still appear on my credit report and I have been calling their agents who cannot answer me as to why they are not sending through my info to the credit bureaus to be updated. I have called numerous times to get through to even a manager to no success. These collectors are only good at chowing your money and give you a plate of **** in return. I am very appalled by their service!!
Yesterday I bought 16 hotwings from the chicken licken in fourways. The chicken was off and gave me and husband a runny tummy. It is disgusting to why they would sell chicken that's off to customers.
Bad service from Discovery. We joined discovery in the month of Feb 2021, where we did inform the consultant that we will need chronic medication. Till today no one has been coming back to us to explain why the chronic meds are deducted from our savings, we are sent from pillar to post, e-mailing them with no joy when we are paying exuberant amounts of medical funds. As we speak our savings are depleted because Discovery failed to ensure that they deduct money from the chronic fund. Each time we call, we are told that someone will look at the case and get back to us. This is the worst service we have ever received for a company that is claims to be promoting 1st class service.
Terrible service from Hollard. I lodged a funeral death claim for my mom who is the deceased. I sent all the documents as requested. I never received any call from Hollard with regards to the outcome of the claim till today. I call each day only to be told that my claim is being processed. Does it really take 5 days for a funeral claim to be processed?
I called in twice on the 26th of Jan and today the 27th, to request my tax certificate for tax purposes. In both calls, the client services agents were unable to assist me as I was told that they dont have any of my records in the system. According to law, the merging company should have kept clients details for more than 7 years before discarding the information. Why is it that there is no information of all the clients that joined topmed? This does not make sense to me I need this certificate as supporting documents, my returns are audited!!!
Imperial med has just recently changed their dispensary to the national credit solutions which is a nightmare. I have been waiting for my pills for more than a week now and this is taking a toil on my health. I am wondering how many people are actually going through this and it is frustrating. I have called them to find out what the delay is about and I am being told that they will come back to me.<br> I don't understand why they are chosen to do dispensary if they cannot do their job. this is not on and Imperial needs to do something about this.
