Am really frustrated my account for Ampath was in areas of R716.33, of which I paid on the 25.07.2024, according to my understanding it was before it was handed over to National Credit Control Solutions. They sent me an SMS on Friday 26.07.2024 to say my account has been handed over, I contacted their office and sent them proof of payment. However the lady by name of Maria Maaga still insists that the account was paid on the 29.07.2024 which is untrue and I need to pay the additional R134.12 which is ridiculous, Hello Peter please help!!!
