Bad Service received I have settled my debt last year which was the 25/10/2025 and received a paid up letter as well. My account was handed over to the lawyers which they gave me a discount. This morning the African Bank consultant called me to say that I have an outstanding balance. Hello Peter please help me according to me the account is settled hence the PAID UP LETTER RECEIVED. AFRICAN BANK MUST REMOVE THE LISTING ON MY NAME. AM FEELING FRUSTRATED AND HELPLESS.
Horrible Service received, when applying for a loan. I did my loan application yesterday with them, gave them my three months bank statement and payslip as they requested. This morning the agen called me to confirm if the money has been, I responded to say no money has been. I then asked which account did he use, he says he according to him he can see that I have two bank accounts with fnb. My thing I sent bank statements with the correct bank account number, why was that not used?? The loan amount his referring not received by myself, now who is responsible to pay the loan when the money was not received??? I was dealing with Moeketsi from Atlas Finance, please help me hello Peter. According to me it's negligence from his end for not updating the system with the correct banking details, he used assumption to pay into the incorrect bank account.
The contract ended March or April 2025, to my surprise they keep debiting my account even though their contract ended. To me this is a money making scheme, they keep debiting R239 every month. Am furiously upset, to them it maybe not be money but to me it's something. Hello Peter please help, I need to be refund from this company
I am furiously upset with rain, this is the second time writing to you Peter in a space of two weeks. Rain has disconnected my network, I called the rain support yesterday twice the consultant and team leader confirmed that my account is upto date the mistake was on their side they should reconnect within an hour but nothing has been done until now. This is so frustrating to be dealing with Rain poor service at all cost. One of their consultant mentions that I need to pay R50 for reconnecting, tell you what am not going to pay it because the mistake was made by rain not me. I confirmed on this platform that my debit order date is the 25th don't why after the refund someone went to change it to the 1st. I work from home and now am unable to work. Hello Peter pls help my account is upto I need to be reconnected.
Am highly disappointed with the service received from Rain, the double debited my account on the 27th of March and again on the 1st of April, no one wants to take accountability it's really bad. I spoke to their consultant this morning and you what she put me on hold just went mute. Hello Peter I did your help for them to reimburse the one payment they took, their service is bad 👎🏻, no one wants to take accountability, please help 🙏
Am highly disappointed in Mellin i.Style went for my eye test and glasses last year around Feb/March 2024 the total bill was about R3714. My medical aid paid about R2000 and they had requested that am to pay the outstanding balance however due to the financial difficulty experienced I then requested that they cancel the glasses and only deduct the eye test which was about R694 if not mistaken. The lady at Mellin i.Syle Vaal Mall confirmed that they revised the R2000 back to my medical aid and deducted the eye test money so therefore I have no balance outstanding. After almost a year I get a call to say am owing R682 where does this balance come from?????? When their consultant by the name of Naledi confirmed telephonically and on email that the is no outstanding balance. Yesterday(13-02-2025) I get a call to say that am owing, Hello Peter please help. Am really frustrated my account for Ampath was in areas of R716.33, of which I paid on the 25.07.2024, according to my understanding it was before it was handed over to National Credit Control Solutions. They sent me an SMS on Friday 26.07.2024 to say my account has been handed over, I contacted their office and sent them proof of payment. However the lady by name of Maria Maaga still insists that the account was paid on the 29.07.2024 which is untrue and I need to pay the additional R134.12 which is ridiculous, Hello Peter please help!!! Am writing this review with a heavy heart, I have an African bank loan from 2014 if not mistaken, I have been asking to settle my outstanding balance, but no one is willing to come forth not sure what the problem is???? Am working a commission only job where I don't have a basic am trying to rectify my mistakes but am not getting any help from them. I have been asking to settle this loan from last year September. <div>Am highly frustrated with this brokerage just don’t know what to do anymore, it’s tax season where am submitting my returns however SARS is mentioning that that they need the tax directives for 2019 and 2020 from the administrator which in this instance is Fedgroup and Discovery life. My issue is with the said brokerage who facilitated the transferring of funds where am not getting any assistance whatsoever???? They have issued me with the wrong ROT from Discovery that does not reflect the same funds that where initially transferred. Hello peter not sure what to do because my returns have been put on hold because the said Administrators have not issued the correct directives to SARS. What annoys me the most is the fact that the brokerage administrator says if am not happy with her so called pace I must call the administrators???? But the brokerage facilitated the transferring of my pension funds from Fedgroup to Discovery, no accountability whatsoever.
