NCR disappointment

Nokuthula Sithole attended to my complaint and informed me that NCR does not handle matters of paid up letters that a creditor is refusing to issue. When I phoned to inquire more, she is avoiding me.

Everytime I ask for assistance from the NCR, I am told that I can escalate my matter to MMachitje@ncr.org.za

All issues i escalated to this email have never been attend to. The NCR is really a disappointment.
