Pathetic service. ******* WhatsApp response. They send a message saying they will deliver then they don't. The tracking keeps postponing the days. I always have to go to the warehouse to collect because they are pathetic. ******* ******* *******.
My son and I were interrogated at Lesotho border for home affairs issuing my son with a passport but not ensuring or informing me that we won't be able to travel without his unabridged birth certificate. On the 29th of April 2025 I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate for my son. To date I've received no communication from home affairs. I go to their office weekly, they say the matter is escalated but nothing. I phoned the 0800601190. They are also telling me about ESCALATED. Why does home affairs take people's money for applications if they have no intention of issuing documents? Shouldn't there be a time line for home affairs to REFUND the money? It's daylight ******* to keep people hanging, no feedback but you pocket their money.
Nokuthula Sithole attended to my complaint and informed me that NCR does not handle matters of paid up letters that a creditor is refusing to issue. When I phoned to inquire more, she is avoiding me. Everytime I ask for assistance from the NCR, I am told that I can escalate my matter to MMachitje@ncr.org.za All issues i escalated to this email have never been attend to. The NCR is really a disappointment.
