Pathetic and incosiderate

I called an embulance yesterday at 2pm and i was told embulances are not available. I kept on calling to follow up still there was no embulance dispatched. We initiated to take him to Chiawelo Clinic emergency at 18:00pm and he is still there waiting for embulance to take him to hospital. Its the following days 4:38 we slept on banches and we not allowed to leave the patient at the clinic because he needs an embulance escort. Everyone is sleeping including the securities. Iys been 14 hours and waiting no embulance has been available. Why is it even called emergency services
