NHBRC has not protected me as the consumer from a crook builder!!

This organisation is supposed to protect the housing consumer, and not protect and enable crook builders! The builder owes me more than R1 million for money paid to the builder and not put into my building project. The NHBRC did not take away his NHBRC certificate and this builder continues to swindle innocent homeowners of money. The Builder is Mr Nkosinathi (Nathi) Mxoli from Twin Place Trading and Projects 255. This is apparently a CC but the NHBRC certificate provided to me by this builder does not declare that it is a CC!! We are paying the NHBRC for what??
