This company deserves 0 star rating but have to choose 1 to progress. Bought a Willard battery and it failed well within the warranty period. Took it to National spares Phoenix Plaza branch and as usual the string of experts there took a look at battery and with their naked xray eyes seemed to pierce through the outer walls of battery, diagnose the problem thats happening inside the battery with their super xray eyes, shook their heads and said warranty wont cover it. I was like, WTH!!! Really now? The battery looks perfectly fine to me except that an auto electrician diagnosed the battery has failed after testing it. He recommended i go back to National spares Phoenix Plaza branch and claim under the warranty. Whats the point of having a valid warranty these days? Anyway i paid for a new one as i need the vehicle mobile for work and left the failed one for manufacturer to look at. A month goes by and nobody from National contacts me so i call and speak to Manager Rajesh. God only knows how this guy passes for a Manager. No communication skils and he has a natural gift of rubbing the customer off the wrong way. I give him 10/10 for 0 customer service skill and non existant professionalism. Failing with him, I then speak to Willard representative who was more than willing to help saying he authorized the repalcement and asked me to meet with Manager Rajesh to collect my refund. I go back and meet Manager Rajesh and lo and behold, he managed to use his unique skill again to mess that up as well. Its so simple, the warranty exists, manufacturer authorized refund so give the customer whats due to them. Not with these guys. I am back to square one. In a nutshell, these guys are jokers and im quite surprised they're still in business. I now understand why customers rather travel further out for goods than support the guys closer to home, they are just not worth it.
