When in bought a thermostat fitted in my car nd the fan came on continously, I couldn't understand why until I went to the mac, took 5 min nd to realise the thermostat they sold me was faulty he put my old 1 back n the fan stopped he call the manager as I was next to the spare shop it was proven that the new 1 that was sold to me was faulty nd he agreed, it was not cheap now I'm waiting almost a month to get a refund Now iv been told by the manger that if I don't get a diagnosis report I cnt get my moneys back, wer how do I get 1 iv asked for a credit n no respond I'm looking to speak to the boss himself coz this is not exceptable, if any 1 knows his no please send me a msg as I will take this up further What pertice staff nd service given to me not the first time many time before

This company deserves 0 star rating but have to choose 1 to progress. Bought a Willard battery and it failed well within the warranty period. Took it to National spares Phoenix Plaza branch and as usual the string of experts there took a look at battery and with their naked xray eyes seemed to pierce through the outer walls of battery, diagnose the problem thats happening inside the battery with their super xray eyes, shook their heads and said warranty wont cover it. I was like, WTH!!! Really now? The battery looks perfectly fine to me except that an auto electrician diagnosed the battery has failed after testing it. He recommended i go back to National spares Phoenix Plaza branch and claim under the warranty. Whats the point of having a valid warranty these days? Anyway i paid for a new one as i need the vehicle mobile for work and left the failed one for manufacturer to look at. A month goes by and nobody from National contacts me so i call and speak to Manager Rajesh. God only knows how this guy passes for a Manager. No communication skils and he has a natural gift of rubbing the customer off the wrong way. I give him 10/10 for 0 customer service skill and non existant professionalism. Failing with him, I then speak to Willard representative who was more than willing to help saying he authorized the repalcement and asked me to meet with Manager Rajesh to collect my refund. I go back and meet Manager Rajesh and lo and behold, he managed to use his unique skill again to mess that up as well. Its so simple, the warranty exists, manufacturer authorized refund so give the customer whats due to them. Not with these guys. I am back to square one. In a nutshell, these guys are jokers and im quite surprised they're still in business. I now understand why customers rather travel further out for goods than support the guys closer to home, they are just not worth it.

Called in for a quote for brake pads got a price of R395 and the guy assured me they have stock, called back 15 minutes later to confirm and a lady tells me theres no stock and the pads is now R450...

I have purchased a Willards Battery from National Motor Spares (Phoenix) on Wednesday 27/12/2017. On the 30/12/2017 the battery melted and burnt to the core. When I contacted National and spoke to Vishen he advised that willards is closed and will only open on Wednesday 03/01/2018 and to bring in the battery. The battery was dropped off as advised and I was told that I will be contacted by Thursday. I have called National on Thursday as they have failed to Contact me and was told that Vishen is busy in a meeting and will call me. No calls received. When I called again Vishen advised that he will call me back with feedback. Still no calls received. It's now Friday 06/01/2018 and still no feedback. When I asked Vishen for a reference number that Willard has provided him, we find out that he has not contacted willards and the battery is sitting there with no attention.
