Iv bought aemma lounge suite from hill street branch and was assisted by lungi and manager mabuzi al good hunky doory, good help but just a front, told them specifically no display unit i want but got that in return and damaged as I saw what come from warehouse sealed and packed not the 1 I got complained called called and called no joy called rep he sent photos and videos to office and an exchange was done , 3 sets later still suite not aligning, big gaps back rest protruding and loose I'm done now with bradlows,sent back and asked for cancelation and money's back waited 2 weeks as manager was on leave now sales person on leave company rep blocked me on WhatsApp so not professional al I want is my money's back and for them to take this lounge suite back will not recommend bradlows to any1 as thier after sales service stinks I'm even going to take them up if I dnt any joy or my money's back CPA
Good day , iv bought a bed from sleep king in phoenix and 2 months later there was something wrong as I slept on the bed 10 min I had serve pains and something was poking me I went in to sleep King to lay a complaint but thier service was disgusting as they only there to make a com , they said they will lay a complaint with the serta factory on 6 of June,no call back or feed back I called sleep King and they said it was reported 6 June I called serta facteoy and had joy then I called back 22 July almost a 6 to 7 weeks later nd spoke to some1 uncharged and he said he will try and sort it out which he picked up the same day and dropped of but they did not call to say what they was doing as it went to be accessed I call in myself to find out what was wrong the lady with an attitude said the shorten the stablerizer bar I told why you'll did call me to say you'll was doing that they said they didn't find no fault then why they shorten the bars they deliver it and I saw that the bed was not looking they way it went in but the driver said he only picks up and deliver. I slept on that night and though I was dreaming I was falling of the bed but got up in the morning to see my bed actually sunken on 1 side I called in but didn't get a call back Iv been a serta user for almost 40 years nd no Hassel this Tim I'm so unhappy I need them to send me a new bed and pick up this 1 as it's still under warranty otherwise I will take this up with my legal team

Is this how wesbank deals with queries, iv been give a Johannesburg no to call by an agent, been trying from morning nd they put u on hold like 10 to 15 mins at a time, and when I get Through they cut u of as soon as they hear your problems My car was not deregisted by wesbank many moons ago now I'm sitting with a bill over a 100 grands coz of Westbank fault, is this how a bank deals with over 40 years of experience. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
Samsung what disgusting service, as a consumer you have rights when u purchase a product, iv been having issues with my TV from day 2, called makro another usless company they said they will report it, Samsung called to take TV in I agreed but could not find fault as my problem was intermittent but anyways TV went in 3 times and all I got was nothing wrong, I have videos and pics of the fault but no one will believe me, but Im not gonna keep quite if I capture the fault again I will never buy another Samsung product again or recommend any 1 to as they dnt care about the consumer who keeps their company running with our moneys very disappointed in Samsung services
Been there many times service so professional and very friendly atmosphere, clean neat and food served so presentable that even if you hungry you will clean your platter keep it up adega
When in bought a thermostat fitted in my car nd the fan came on continously, I couldn't understand why until I went to the mac, took 5 min nd to realise the thermostat they sold me was faulty he put my old 1 back n the fan stopped he call the manager as I was next to the spare shop it was proven that the new 1 that was sold to me was faulty nd he agreed, it was not cheap now I'm waiting almost a month to get a refund Now iv been told by the manger that if I don't get a diagnosis report I cnt get my moneys back, wer how do I get 1 iv asked for a credit n no respond I'm looking to speak to the boss himself coz this is not exceptable, if any 1 knows his no please send me a msg as I will take this up further What pertice staff nd service given to me not the first time many time before
Good service no hassles with claims on the top of everything but need alittel more training with consultants this is speaking of my claim prior claims I had
