If there were zero stars, I would select it — unfortunately HelloPeter does not allow that. I am posting this because I was harassed, intimidated and spoken to disrespectfully by a Bradlows credit agent. My account is one month in arrears (December). I had already informed Bradlows that I had suffered a family bereavement (the death of my mother) and that I would make payment by the end of January. This was communicated in advance and in good faith. Despite this, I have been receiving constant calls. Today, a female agent whose name begins with “M” spoke to me in a hostile and humiliating manner. She told me I should not have taken goods if I could not pay, dismissed my bereavement, and then went further by telling me to give her my home address so she could come and collect the items. That interaction left me feeling threatened, disrespected and intimidated. I did not refuse to pay. I explained that I had suffered a death in the family and would pay at the end of January. No South African consumer should be spoken to this way or threatened for being behind after a bereavement. Especially when they gave notice prior. I am even considering escalating this matter to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) if this conduct continues.

I bought couches worth R17999 cash at Bradlows West Street in Durban in December 2024.WE were assisted by Nosipho Nokhele Old torn couches were delivered to my house, laid a complaint with Bradlows( i went there physically), an email was sent to Bradlows head Office and they were waiting for response. also attached pictures to the complaint. they gave us a ref number (MO-NOT-20250106-7910. when we follow up, no one is assisting. it is now MAY and we are still waiting for Bradlows to respond... Bradlows and your team, i need my new couches that are worth my money. Lungelo Shezi 0760560076

Iv bought aemma lounge suite from hill street branch and was assisted by lungi and manager mabuzi al good hunky doory, good help but just a front, told them specifically no display unit i want but got that in return and damaged as I saw what come from warehouse sealed and packed not the 1 I got complained called called and called no joy called rep he sent photos and videos to office and an exchange was done , 3 sets later still suite not aligning, big gaps back rest protruding and loose I'm done now with bradlows,sent back and asked for cancelation and money's back waited 2 weeks as manager was on leave now sales person on leave company rep blocked me on WhatsApp so not professional al I want is my money's back and for them to take this lounge suite back will not recommend bradlows to any1 as thier after sales service stinks I'm even going to take them up if I dnt any joy or my money's back CPA

Good Day i pre selected Bradlow's Pinetown as there's no Bradlow's Amanzimtoti abour crossing on the list. I bought Russell hobs toaster on 26 October 2023 at Bradlow's Amanzimtoti, i register online for extra 1 year warranty, just before the 1 year warranty could expire i had a problem with the toaster on October 2024 the toaster was not coming on, i returned the toaster to Bradlow's Amanzimtoti, i received call on 03 December 2024 time 11:41am from Bradlow's Amanzimtoti, on the 6 December 2024 i picked up the toaster and arrived back home to my surprise when i looked at the repair label says need new element, the toaster was not repaired after waiting 1 month, why would Bradlow's give me back unrepaired toaster while still under warranty ,i was not given option of credit back to purchase another toaster of the same value, on 7 December 2024 i returned unrepaired to Bradlow's Amanzimtoti i believe Bradlow's lives up to its expectations and customer services the sales person at Bradlow's given me excellent services, the repair center for Russell Hobbs poor service

Very poor service at bradlows i bought lounge suite and it not even a year but they pill off and it was on credit application and put insurance but now they don't want to assist me but I'm paying every month no one is assist me. Thandeka was my sales person but now she's no longer assist me even when I raise complain no one assist very bad service
