Nedbank insurance for home loan bondability my annual premium was increasing nedbank insurance was contacted via email and phone, as per the agreement of R9755 will be debited on 5th May 2025 per annum , when I logged in 6 may 2025 to my surprise nedbank insurance debited my home loan account R23098.68 instead of R9755, I have proof of email paper trail that I did not authorize or signed any quotation for R23098.68. But nedbank insurance just debited my loan account. I have emailed and called nedbank insurance regarding this, still waiting for feedback when will nedbank insurance credit back my homeloan account. I am not able to afford the monthly additional premium of R2000 I had bondability insurance since inception of 2007. Nedbank insurance has caused significant stress, I need this to be resolved asap nedbank insurance has to credit back homeloan account with out any further delays. Good Day i pre selected Bradlow's Pinetown as there's no Bradlow's Amanzimtoti abour crossing on the list. I bought Russell hobs toaster on 26 October 2023 at Bradlow's Amanzimtoti, i register online for extra 1 year warranty, just before the 1 year warranty could expire i had a problem with the toaster on October 2024 the toaster was not coming on, i returned the toaster to Bradlow's Amanzimtoti, i received call on 03 December 2024 time 11:41am from Bradlow's Amanzimtoti, on the 6 December 2024 i picked up the toaster and arrived back home to my surprise when i looked at the repair label says need new element, the toaster was not repaired after waiting 1 month, why would Bradlow's give me back unrepaired toaster while still under warranty ,i was not given option of credit back to purchase another toaster of the same value, on 7 December 2024 i returned unrepaired to Bradlow's Amanzimtoti i believe Bradlow's and Russell Hobbs lives up to its expectations and customer services. The sales person at Bradlow's given me excellent services, poor service from Russell Hobbs repair center, returning toaster unrepaired back to the store

I taken funeral policy with standard bank, first time my debit order did not got threw due to system debit order skip which I did not instruct I had to call standard bank insurance to debit my account, I did previously log complaint on hellopeter last month, every thing was resolved This happened again 1 December 2023 my debit order was not debited I called standard bank insurance on 4 December 2023 spoken to consultant and the consultant checked and confirmed that system placed debit order skip again, I did not authorize a debit order skip I have funds in the account , now the consultant placed debit order to go off 4 December , an will investigate why the system keeps placing a debit order skip, I am really tired of this now I am seriously considering to go to another service provider If this problem is not resolved Please I want someone to assist me an check why the system keeps placing debit order skips for my policy
I recently went online an I took standard bank funeral policy in 26 September after struggling to be put threw to speak to a consultant I was advised policy was taken in late September an some one placed debit order skipped then I call again which my debit was supposed to go off in 1 October my account was not debited I am so tired I can not even get hold of cancelation department this is absolutely ridiculous I am not happy please can someone call me I want to cancel
my assisted my father sending his update policy beneficiary's for absa life funeral policy. we emailed polserv on the 28 September 2023 ,with update beneficiary forms and id, we waited for update, we sent follow up email asking if the funeral policy beneficiary is updated no response from absa life. my father has funeral policy over 20 years all we require if the beneficiary as been up dated please email we not always avilable on the phone
Dear capitec my mother had capitec funeral policy sadly my mother passed away I submitted the required documents to capitec branch in galleria the consultant was very helpful and centriq paid out on Saturday after 7 hours same day Thank you capitec an centriq for the fast service
