The Vuma installers had come to my house last week and started installation however did not connect the fibre to the ap box as they advised someone will be out soon to sort this out and activation will soon follow,I advised them this is extremely urgent as I am currently working from home,I even tried to log a fault on the mweb website but it does not let you select the option for your query.
Telkom does not respond to their clients or get back to them,it is virtually impossible to get in contact with you guys! I have even tries submitting a call back request from the store with no feedback,I have had internet with you guys for 5 years! My contract is over and I finally decided to cancel due to the poor network,I have had this logged instore earlier this month and hope that this has been processed accordingly,I had also paid a R700 deposit at the start of my internet which is to be returned on termination of contract,I was advised the billing issue can only be processed once the cancellation has been processed however it is almost impossible to get through to you guys to deal with this,can you guys please contact me Nathan on 0835355764 to have my cancellation and refund processed,this is extremely urgent as I am starting a new job in February and need this sorted out before then.
Called in for a quote for brake pads got a price of R395 and the guy assured me they have stock, called back 15 minutes later to confirm and a lady tells me theres no stock and the pads is now R450...
<p>So this is my third hello peter complaint...these guys just put a comment on these complaints amd then forget about them..i have been waiting for my internet for 5 month now! I dont understand how people can advertise a product and then when someone tries to purchase it they cant deliver on their promise, ive spoken to multiple consultants such as dineo, sibusiso and i just got of the phone with a Nolunthando, ive been transferred back amd forth over the past 5 months from customer care to technical and back, most of the guys seem confused and like they really don't know what they are doing, they always say my query is with cabling...for the last 5 months really???</p> <p>Ive had phone calls with customer care saying that the issue is sorted and dont worry within the week the guys will install your internet, but it never comes...telkom is supposed to be a reputable company yet they carry themselves in this manner, they dont even have the decency to call me to tell me its being delayed and why, its like my query is just pushed aside, today when speaking to Nolunthando i finally asked to be put through to a manager, shes says they are all busy and will get back to me, this is there level of service quality, all i want is my product which i already paid an installation cost for months ago, is that so much to ask?? Or if not atleast reimburse and i will take my internet with a much more competant company.If I could give you guys zero stars i would! So to anyone reading this, please dont waste your time and money with these guys!</p>
<p>It has been four months since ive ordered my internet, ive logged a previous compliant here but nothing was done, apparently it was with the cablng department, then a month ago a technician comes to my house and says there is no cabling problem, den a week later guy calls to say hes coming to install it then calls back a few minutes later saying there was an error and i was allocated with the wrong number and it will be sorted within a week, and that was two weeks ago, I really dont understand how you guys can play with peoples time and money like this...</p>
<p>It's been 3 weeks since I ordered my R599 uncapped internet at 4mbps, I ordered it over the phone, the customer care agent made me seem like an idiot when i tried to confirm that there is no added costs to this deal besides me getting my own router because i wanted a month to month deal. so once i ordered it I went into telkom at the Phoenix Plaza and purchased my router. During the middle of the next week I then receive an sms stating I need to pay R700 which was not explained to me over the phone, anyway I paid it and on the friday of that week a guy comes to my house looks around for a few minutes, leaves saying he needs to pick up something, then comes back an hour later saying there is some problem in the phone box and they must sort that out,he then leaves and says that someone will come within a few days, the next day i get an sms saying that a technician will be coming in (just like the previous day) I therefore spent my entire day waiting for this technician but no one ever came, due to me being at work i had someone call in multiple times only to be told that the query is with the query is with the cabling department and that they cannot do anything, I even called them in to get my routers username and password which tech support gave to me, my prob is i invested so much money into something i dont even have, my router costed R1000, and if its still not done by the new month im going to be paying for something i dont have...</p>
