Very bad manager

Good morning. I have been a patient for 1year and 6 months. Im at krugersdorp NRC. The manager is very rude. She shout at her staff. She does not know how to speak to people. Patients and her staff. She very rude to everyone. She runs this place like her house. PLEASE something need to be done. Her attitude stinks. Prudence is very rude. I have trying to call the head office. No feed from the head.
