An administration mark on the license for warrant of arrest has been paid three years ago however we can renew the driving license till today because license department takes me from pillar to post. The person on details who seems to be responsible for removing the marking is Molise Rj and he can not be found, even license department says they don’t know him. What should I do? Why will a person put an admin mark and subject me to suffering while the whole department doesn’t know him? Please help me
