I have a complaint with your medication that we bought at Rapha pharmacy in Johannesburg and I was told that it’s not their fault because they stock medication from you. Couldn’t report it to SAPHRA as the medication itself is written that it’s unregistered with SAPHRA.
My spouse went to buy the medication on the 26 March 2025 and the medication was Linctagon C but the colour of the medication is green. I asked my spouse to return it and he was told that the medication is ok, I tried to consume it and I vomitted. I went back to the pharmacy and confronted them about it and they still said that they can’t do anything about it and further admitted that the colour is off and the consistency was not right as it looked milky. I asked the pharmacist to open another box that contained an unopened bottle so I can see it and it had a milky colour at the bottom and a brown colour on top and when he shaked it, it became the green colour. I demanded for my refund but was told that I should escalate this with you to refund me. That medication was R183 and I can’t even use it even when it says it expires in July.
I advise anyone not to buy Nativa Lingtagon C as they have an incorrect expiry date and are not registered with SAPHRA
