A lady at Nativa responded to the availability of one of their products. Her response was absolutely remarkable, unlucky I didn't get her name. The product was at the pharmacy on time. Well done

After my previous complaint the handled the matter with utmost seriousness and urgency. They collected their medication for testing and fully refunded me. Thank you so much

I have a complaint with your medication that we bought at Rapha pharmacy in Johannesburg and I was told that it’s not their fault because they stock medication from you. Couldn’t report it to SAPHRA as the medication itself is written that it’s unregistered with SAPHRA. My spouse went to buy the medication on the 26 March 2025 and the medication was Linctagon C but the colour of the medication is green. I asked my spouse to return it and he was told that the medication is ok, I tried to consume it and I vomitted. I went back to the pharmacy and confronted them about it and they still said that they can’t do anything about it and further admitted that the colour is off and the consistency was not right as it looked milky. I asked the pharmacist to open another box that contained an unopened bottle so I can see it and it had a milky colour at the bottom and a brown colour on top and when he shaked it, it became the green colour. I demanded for my refund but was told that I should escalate this with you to refund me. That medication was R183 and I can’t even use it even when it says it expires in July. I advise anyone not to buy Nativa Lingtagon C as they have an incorrect expiry date and are not registered with SAPHRA

Had a desperate situation which unfortunately had to take a high dose because the dosage instruction was hidden somewhere on the leaflet. Why for dosage on the box I was desperately trying to find it just says "see leaflet" why isn't such important information easy to find on the small box instead of being hidden in the leaflet. So was impossible to find this information due to during a paralyzingly painful cramp. So now I don't know if I've overdosed or not. Please for goddess sake. Include important information like dosage information on the box. This nonsense of hiding dosages on leaflets needs to end. Please tell me how during a paralyzingly painful cramp was I supposed to find the dosage hidden in point 3 of the leaflet on the English side?

A Lady by the name of Lizette contacted me after my big disappointment. Looks like their IT is suffering some glitches with emails that carry attachments. My query and matter was immediately resolved as soon as we had contact and their promise - ands promotion - honoured within 24 hours. I am very impressed. And the lady was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Well done Nativa.
