It has been 3 months. 30 emails, 9 calls. 5 Hellopeter please and still no refunds. I got a call from a lady 2 weeks ago assuring me she is securing MY MONEY that Makro owes me. Then NOTHING. JUST ANOTHER LIE. You are a disgrace! How dare you treat your customers like this! HAVE YOU NO SHAME!
WHERE ARE MY REFUNDS? you say it was processed on the 13th of December 2024. Today is 1 January 2025 - NO REFUND!!!!!!!! What do i need to do???????????????????? PLEASE PAY ME FOR THE ITEMS YOU CANCELLED! I NEED THE MONEY!

I ordered a special offered by Makro - including breadsticks - that i did not receive. THIS IS *****! i just unpacked my order and not all that i ordered AND PAID FOR have been delivered.

I rely on makro to feed the animals - but I cannot go through this again. So I ask you.... why did these orders derail, and how can i trust this will not happen again?
Ola Europe Mokoena I have at last received the outstanding cat food - my uppermost concern as I take care of abandoned animals. I want to thank you for your incredible effort to get this order sorted out. Keeping an even keel, even in the face of my rage. Thank you for that. And please forgive my ire. I do need to ask... what happened that these 2 orders were so disastrous? I rely on makro to feed the animals - but I cannot go through this again.
