During upgrade I was promised that I will have my open line back like it was with MTN. Therefore I dont have to cancel or move my contract. I phoned in but everyone refers me to someone else and wants to give me another nr to phone. Totally inefficient. Pity that Autopage is not in business anymore, never had problems. Terribly disappointed and regretful.

Since last week, while on the phone or want to make a call I get a message that I have to load airtime. Im on a contract, never in my life I have added airtime! This was reported on 3 different days last week as I received a promise everytime. Last promise was that it will be sorted yesterday. Still I cant make any calls! I have requested cancellation costs etc but have received nothing yet. Contract was transferred from Autopage to MTN and it is not working!
Nico replaced a part on the engine of my boat, without discussing it upfront with me. I learnt about it once I received the invoice. He said he used a 2nd hand part. The part he removed from my boat is still not given to me. This 2nd hand part is not working, the problem exists. He confirmed he will refund me. Up to today, he didnt refund me and nor he or Yolanda is answering my calls, sms's or emails. The service was done end March/beginning April. If it wasnt for Suzette I could have joined any bank. She is literally always fast and efficient when I request information. She has always a great attitude and goes the extra mile when required. Thanks a million Suzette! I really appreciate you!
