Shocking service!

I have been trying for more than 2 weeks to get a viewing for one of their listed properties. i have contacted all 3 numbers available on the listing to no avail. Busi said she would get back to me, and never did. I eventually managed to book a viewing with Kwezi after many up and down messages. He then never showed up for the viewing and wasted my time. I phoned Gavin to and explained the situation, he said he would escalate and get Busi to arrange a viewing with me. It has been more than 2 weeks and I have still not been contacted and cannot seem to get any response from these people. After reading other reviews on HelloPeter regarding Natrent, I think I will give it a miss as it seems they give even more issues after you have signed the lease. Shocking service!
