Don’t go to Natural Aesthetics

I had been toying with the idea of going to Dr Wade Merchants clinic in Green Point because of the beaming reviews but was greatly disappointed with the service.

I called in for a peel to address my hyper***mentation and was greeted well when I arrived. The problem started once I got in the room. The lady did not consult me in terms of what is best suited for my skin. She just plastered on a “peel”, which literally had no supposed sting or peel/shed after effect. I had to ask her as she proceeded what exactly she was putting on and the process. She barely addressed me outside of my questions.

I wrote them an email explaining my disappointment and received no feedback in return. Just to show their level of unprofessionalism.

It was a dreadful cold experience. I don’t wish that clinic on anyone.
