'Management encourages us not to assist customers with queries...'
Was trying to make a transfer from my account, but couldn't receive my onetime pass code. Talked to Cora and Mark. Mark incorrectly advised me that I could use your banking app to sort out the problem and then hung up on me. He was however, incorrect as I couldn't receive my pass code in the app either!

23 Jun 2021, 13:28So by now I have spent over GBP 20 on a phone call to natwest to try and assist. No luck. The app has the same pass code problem I had on the internet site. I have now lost my job as I couldn't make this payment. I will be taking my life later today as my business has now failed as a result of Natwest's, as of yet unexplained problems with my account. The only reason I mention this here is that Natwest staff usually get a promotion if one of their customers takes their own life and I didn't want Mark to miss out on his promotion, just because I am now dead. Well done, Mark, you must be so proud......
