I have been trying to login to this site, but cannot. I have spoken to Liz Charlton, who either couldn't or wouldn't assist me. I have had to endure ****** remarks and incompetence and still the problem hasn't been solved. What do I have to do to get someone to reply to me? I will be taking my own life this evening...the staff there basically have forced me too. At least you will know why I died...I am sure it won't be worse that trying to deal with the *********** staff at cgwm!
I am a 1% rider with bolt. Recently I was charged twice the usual rate for a trip. I tried to reason with the support staff, but they were racially abusive and refused to help me. I will be taking this to the CCMA to try and get the abusive staff , like Nonye, to be banned from ever speaking to customers again. I will also only use Uber from now on. I write this review to show that however much money you spend on Bolt, it doesn't save you from being racially abused for no reason. The worst part about it is , that they wouldn't even listen to my side of the story. A very unpleasant experience all in all!
I have been trying to get chronic medication from Dischem for the last 3 days. Complete snafu's from Discovery and dischem have made it impossible to receive this medication. Now my blood sugar is too high to make it to the door to collect my delivery (which still hasn't been organised) and by Monday - after a week without Insulin - I will be dead. Awesome service well done!
It has been more than a month since I last received my chronic medication. I called Discovery today to enquire about what had happened. I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes until the call was diconnected!?
Tried for weeks to open an account with these people with very little success. They seem to absolutely detest their customers...even prospective ones?! Why?
Newlands swimming pool has now been closed almost continually for 10 years! 10 years and the pool has still not been repaired! I have tried to contact Cllr Mikhail Manuel, who occasionally answers my emails, but never returns my calls. I don't know what to say about this anymore....except to say that I will be voting for a different party in the upcoming elections!
I have been trying to invest money with 91 for a couple of weeks now. I was dealing with Sumashen Govender, but he stopped answering my calls about a week ago, giving me no explanation for his actions. The service from all personnel all the way through the process has been rude and abusive. Now that I have finally set up my account and have the money available to transfer, no one can be found to assist me. I just spoke to another consultant who assured me that she would get someone to call me today to assist with the transfer within 10 minutes. I have been waiting for half an hour and...nothing! How do you expect to attract clients if you treat them so poorly. I guess my only option now is to pursue legal action against 91. Not my preferred option, but I have been left with no other choice!
I have been trying to transfer money between my own accounts within FNB for over a week now. My 80+ year old father was made to jump through hoops and humiliated by FNB. He was told that I could now transfer my money. I couldn't so I called FNB to ask why. After speaking to a consultant and confirming my identity several times....he hung up on me!
Over a month ago I sent in complaints about double deductions to my account. Still nothing has been done to investigate! I got a call from someone today (wouldn't give their name) and she was very abusive and wouldn't say why nothing had been done regarding this. How do I get FNB staff to do their job?
I called at least a dozen times trying to invest money. I was hung up on at least 3 times. I requested a quote to be sent to me by email. I called again and again. So far no one has called me back or sent me anything!
