Vacation Booking cancellation a month before a group trip

I made a booking in April for November. They promised flight transfers bed and breakfast. two months later I was told they employee that I made a booking with has left and they are not responsible for keeping her promises. I went out my may to try and meet them half way. We then agreed 30 days before the trip they send me an email to say the can no longer accommodate us. Really a booking for 12 ladies?
