Refund Needed
Hi We are a group of ladies and we took Funeral Cover with NBC who was under written by Bytes for a period of 8 months. We then received a late to say their terminating us due to the fact that we are non complaint, we have never claimed from them can we get all our premiums back? The fact that we were never informed that we are not complaint or how to get ourselves compliant is a story for another day

Vacation Booking cancellation a month before a group trip
I made a booking in April for November. They promised flight transfers bed and breakfast. two months later I was told they employee that I made a booking with has left and they are not responsible for keeping her promises. I went out my may to try and meet them half way. We then agreed 30 days before the trip they send me an email to say the can no longer accommodate us. Really a booking for 12 ladies?
