Bad attitude! No guys, after having purchased multiple Garmin units from you, this is the way you handle me…. After your poor and aggressive attitude I will surely not purchase anything from you again. It seems that you are irritated that you have to assist your customer. My money is going somewhere else next time, definitely not to you.

I had great service from the Joburg branch. From the time I emailed my first enquiry to see if a Garmin suction mount was in stock, until I had the item in my hand in Herm**** was 47 hours. Thank you Kyle for exceptional service. Navworld is now my go-to business for GPS items.

Bought a Garmin 1030 from Garmin at 94.7 . Battery seems to have a problem . Took to Navworld in Lynwood . Assistant not at helpful . Navworld ( Garmin agent ) does not accept any Garmin products & refers me to Garmin SA . When I showed them receipts & says not interested at all . Owner / Managers confirms what clerk says / asked if they could phone Garmin ( as they say item could be ****** / not on Garmin system ( I have proof of receipt ) & not interested. As I was walking out ( they were not interested in me at all ) they said they have a form I can fill in ( ? ) & which I can send to Garmin . So effectively if you have a Garmin product they cannot support / help you & that is their policy .

We bought a Zumo 59x Lithium battery from the Pretoria outlet of Navworld for R1099 on 12.923. We brought it home for the GPS device and it didn't work. My husband is an Electrical Engineer so knew how to put it in correctly. As it didn't work, it was returned to the Navworld shop within an hour, and the defect was demonstrated to the staff. We were told that they could not refund the money (thereby ignoring the Consumer Protection Act and their Terms and Conditions) but had to send it to Garmin for a technical opinion. They took our phone number and email address and promised to revert by Friday 15 September 2023. We heard nothing and when we went back to the shop today, 10 October 2023 a shouting match ensued and they still refused to refund the money as they are still waiting for Garmin! They also refused to show us proof that the battery had indeed been sent to Garmin. I don't care where it was sent, the Consumer Protection Act and Navworld Terms of Conditions say you need to refund the money if the goods are returned within 7 Days. I think an hour is acceptable. Why are Navworld operating outside of the law? Are they in financial trouble because they can't refund R1099? I phoned Navworld in Johannesburg on the number Pretoria gave me after 09h30 today. Every single department responds with a recorded message that "the ext you are calling is unreachable at the moment".

So i purchased a replacement wrist band for my Garmin smar****ch , when the item arrived i opened the package only to find the totally incorrect item was sent , I ordered a black nylon strap but a brown leather strap was shipped. It clearly stated black nylon on the invoice so i wonder how they managed to send the incorrect strap. the worst part was the item packaging was not sealed and the item was clearly not new. I immediately called the contact number and spoke to a consultant that was extremely rude over the phone and i was told i need to send through photos of the incorrect item via email so that she could handle it. A few emails and another 5 days later i finally received the strap i had originally ordered. All i can say is that although they corrected the mistake, Ashley was very rude and not even once did she offer any sort of apology for the mistake and inconvenience on their behalf ,Ultimately i had to wait two weeks for my product and had to deal with unnecessary stress. I will never ever buy another item from Navworld and do not recommend them at all.

My wife had to by a keeper for Garmin watch for R55 and accidentally bought the strap for R440. I informed them, and they replied to my request that she should bring the strap back and they would rectify. They reimbursed my money and changed the strap and keeper around. Phenomenal service!
