Naz Le Perfume Non compliance.

On 30th May 2025, we bought a bag at Naz Le Perfume, at Westgate Mall, Mitchell's Plain, Cape Town. We then took the bag back for a refund, because my daughter gifted me a similar bag, as a birthday gift.(birthday: 31st May 2025). Naz Le Perfume staff then refused to refund the bag, saying No refunds and No exchanges, due to an incident the suffered a while ago. Today 07th June 2025, I used the bag for the 1st time, and as Murphy would have it, the ****** bag's strap broke. I WANT THE OWNER NAZEEMA ABRAHAMS TO RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT AND I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH HER STAFF. AND I WANT AN EXCHANGE FOR THE BAG.

People be very cautious when you purchase from this outlet.
