On 30th May 2025, we bought a bag at Naz Le Perfume, at Westgate Mall, Mitchell's Plain, Cape Town. We then took the bag back for a refund, because my daughter gifted me a similar bag, as a birthday gift.(birthday: 31st May 2025). Naz Le Perfume staff then refused to refund the bag, saying No refunds and No exchanges, due to an incident the suffered a while ago. Today 07th June 2025, I used the bag for the 1st time, and as Murphy would have it, the ****** bag's strap broke. I WANT THE OWNER NAZEEMA ABRAHAMS TO RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT AND I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH HER STAFF. AND I WANT AN EXCHANGE FOR THE BAG. People be very cautious when you purchase from this outlet.
My vehicle has been paid up with Nedbank MFC. Last week of Jan 2023 I requested my title holder document and I was told it would cost me R515,00. Which I paid immediately, and I received notification of proof of payment. A day later received a text message from Nedbank MFC stating that Nedbank is no longer the title holder and I can go to my local licensing department. I have been battling with the above mentioned institute to refund my money and pay it into my account. Now the very proud of payment they accepted, is now not sufficient for them to refund the money. It must now be in pdf format, but the format of the POP was acceptable when the money was for them. After numerous emails and requesting a manager to call me, I am still waiting... THIS IS ABSURD AND UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL ALSO TAKE THIS MATTER TO THE OMBUDSMAN AND CPA.
JAXCORP has no idea what service means. In conjunction with Nedbank Insurance Claims, they failed to deliver on a service to me as the customer. No follow up was done. Their phones are not being answered. In the meantime Mrs. Customer needs to fall over her feet to get service from both Nedbank and JAXCORP calling themselves a SERVICE PROVIDER. 0 RATING FOR JAXCORP BUILDING PROJECTS.
Nedbank insurance claims are a sorry excuse for customer service. I reported my geyser fault on 29.08.2022. To date the only action taken was the geyser manufacturer coming out to my house to replace the geyser on 31.08.2022. After that I, as the customer of Nedbank had to spend money on phoning them every single day to date. I am still awaiting on them to allocate a builder and electrician to come fix my ceilings and my light damaged due to the geyser bursting. LOTS OF OVER PROMISING AND UNDER DELIVERING FROM NEDBANK. 0 RATING FOR SERVICE.
