Horrible! Horrible! If you looking for a company that only works 8:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday this is it. They don’t have any customer service. You can report an issue on Monday and it will be solved the following Month. It Rains just a little no WiFi for a week. You miss payment by 2seconds no WiFi. You complain you paid but no WiFi for weeks they’ll still expect you to pay month end. Waiting for my 1year to end (30 October 2024) so I can cancel this nonsense for free and then move on. You can’t cancel before the year ends they charge you R3500 to fetch their equipment. Save yourself and DON’T sign up unless you ready to have WiFi for 10days a month and the rest NOTHING and NO COMPENSATION for that. Don’t JOIN if you don’t have patience, because you will wait to hear what’s wrong, and that’s if you don’t email every 2 min and they’ll respond when problem is 3sec from being fix. The only good they have is the ability to not pay using a debit order other that nothings good.
