Horrible service,wifi works almost half a month.. it works for a few days during the week then it stops. They don’t reply on whatsapp,they don’t take calls. Their website works only when you need to pay for the new month😒

As a community of Glenwood Pietermaritzburg and loyal Nazo fibre customers I truly don't recommend Nazo fibre...if the fibre goes off the weekend don't expect any updates...I can show proof of frustrating emails sent to them,and the times we have been down for this year alone... really disgraceful service...

This company installed fiber in our area and are the only isp available. Worst customer service ever. Do not answer calls and no after hours or weekend service. Whenever it goes down on a Friday or on a weekend, we are told that it will take 72hrs to repair. Always multiple breaks or vandalism but these excuses are only given when the internet goes down on a weekend. Unfortunately we do not have a choice as our area is not listed as having fiber(which I think was done deliberately). So we are stuck with this useless service provider.

Horrible! Horrible! If you looking for a company that only works 8:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday this is it. They don’t have any customer service. You can report an issue on Monday and it will be solved the following Month. It Rains just a little no WiFi for a week. You miss payment by 2seconds no WiFi. You complain you paid but no WiFi for weeks they’ll still expect you to pay month end. Waiting for my 1year to end (30 October 2024) so I can cancel this nonsense for free and then move on. You can’t cancel before the year ends they charge you R3500 to fetch their equipment. Save yourself and DON’T sign up unless you ready to have WiFi for 10days a month and the rest NOTHING and NO COMPENSATION for that. Don’t JOIN if you don’t have patience, because you will wait to hear what’s wrong, and that’s if you don’t email every 2 min and they’ll respond when problem is 3sec from being fix. The only good they have is the ability to not pay using a debit order other that nothings good.

if you want to have this service installed for you, dont even bother,look somewhere else.recently they just dont care about their customers.they will say their system is down,if you phone or use their whatsapp line they never respond.im currently with no internet and they dont even bother to help.honesstly Nazo is now offering rediculous services..

for the past few weeks my internet has been not working properly,you try to call them their lines are never picked up.they started off great but now their service is really dissapointing.

Im currently experiencing the worst customer service from Nazo connect, I have been reporting my incident since last week sunday, all I get is an automated response that promises they will get in contact with you, its been a week…no one has contacted me, I have sent multiple messages on their whatsapp number and their email. Im ready to cancel
