dissapointing service...
im so frustrated with BFL.I paid all my installments for my tablet,only for them to debit me again two months later.ive been sending whatsapp messages for my refund they said 14 day,now they wont answer my calls or my messages.im really dissapointed and angry now they dont care.

worst service ever........
if you want to have this service installed for you, dont even bother,look somewhere else.recently they just dont care about their customers.they will say their system is down,if you phone or use their whatsapp line they never respond.im currently with no internet and they dont even bother to help.honesstly Nazo is now offering rediculous services..

for the past few weeks my internet has been not working properly,you try to call them their lines are never picked up.they started off great but now their service is really dissapointing.

last year someone made a fraud against my account.i phoned and they said theyll sort out the issue.few weeks later they confirmed that it was indeed fraud and they would write off this credit.it been over 10 months still waiting for my account to be reactivated.im always asked to send documents.this is affecting my credit score and cant proceed with my life.i have not even received a clearance letter from them.im really upset and dissapointed with these people

dissapointed.
id like to put down on how bad this companies service has been.my accout was frauded against and they found that i was not involved. They said they where going to write off this credit record,it been almost 10months already and this credit has not been sorted and it affecting my credit score.They keep asking me to send documents so my account will be reactivated.im really dissapointed with their service.
