Im currently experiencing the worst customer service from Nazo connect, I have been reporting my incident since last week sunday, all I get is an automated response that promises they will get in contact with you, its been a week…no one has contacted me, I have sent multiple messages on their whatsapp number and their email. Im ready to cancel
The service is appalling, I settled my account in October 2019,they sent me a paid up letter in November but up until now they have not notified the credit bereau that the account was paid up, I have called numerous times I have sent emails but the matter remains unresolved, last week I was told to send a screenshot of my credit report and I did, when I followed up I was told I will receive an email, when I didn't receive the email after several days I called again and was still told about an email that I was expected to receive in 24 hours... I'm really frustrated at this point as I don't know what else to do.
