Worst service Ever!!

I was transferred over to this company by Fairheads and Wow there service is the worst. When you call they dnt answer and if you lucky after 30mins they tell you to email and they dnt respond. Ivr sent 11 emails to them i needed to claim back as i made payment to my sons school but no response. They say claim is 7 to 10 days now its over a month no response.

I dnt why they cant transfer us back to Fairheads as there service was the best.

I just need to be re embursed that is it or for some one to call me and let me know what is happening.
