Payment Go Ahead
Good day
Concerning Mr SS Maepa's case, we spoke to the Sheriff's office in Klerksdorp and they said they are awaiting a go ahead from the council in order to make the payment. Mr SS Maepa indicated a lady named Palesa was the respondent from your office. Please email the Sheriff's office the go ahead and do send us proof of that email on leratodmodisadife@gmail.com.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding Mr. SS Maepa’s matter and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
As explained previously, the NBCRFLI’s role in section 143 applications is limited to processing, certifying, and issuing the necessary documentation. All mandatory steps in this process have been completed, and the final certified document was provided to the applicant/representative.
At this stage, any further action, including communication with and payment to the Sheriff’s office, falls outside of the Council’s mandate and rests with the applicant and the Sheriff directly.
We remain available should you require further assistance through our direct channels, such as our Call Centre.
