Unsatisfied customer
Good day I am pleading with this company to assist my husband. They sent an invoice of R19K and they were paid to repair his car a Toyota Tazz, they said it was for an engine overall. Funny enough they kept the car and we had to tow the car to another mechanic because even after so much money was paid the car couldn't start on it's own. Mr Maepa requests are: 1. proof that the "parts" that he paid for was new. 2. What was done to the car be explained.

Bad communication service and non payment.
Death claim F2Q 5483673 - MD KUNENE Today I come pleading with someone who has Intel, someone that will help me. I received an email telling me my account was giving issues. I went to the bank fixed the issue, provided Silindile Sibiya with the correct account to my surprise she's not in until Thursday. Ok moving along I forwarded the email to S37@claims, Jeremy Naidoo still no concrete solution which date and time of payment. So far Jenny Geldnhys is the only person that kind of explained Friday's system error. As I type this it's exactly 16:55pm and I hope the response I receive will be a bank notification or proof of payment. I am exhausted honestly

Please pay, No negotiating.
On the 26th of August 2025 I received an email that entailed what was due to my children on their father's benefits. It said I should confirm which they received and confirmed with a 15 day payment notice and today marks 18 days meaning the payment is 3 days late and there is absolutely no communication which is not something new. I know after this I will be told "the relevant person will contact me", which is going to take forever for the payment to clear. Kindly pay the money.

Payment Go Ahead
Good day Concerning Mr SS Maepa's case, we spoke to the Sheriff's office in Klerksdorp and they said they are awaiting a go ahead from the council in order to make the payment. Mr SS Maepa indicated a lady named Palesa was the respondent from your office. Please email the Sheriff's office the go ahead and do send us proof of that email on leratodmodisadife@gmail.com. Sheriff Klerksdorp Pay Back
Good day My husband Mr SS Maepa had a case in 2021 with NBRCFL and it was concluded that he had to receive R72K payment from the Sheriff department in Klerksdorp. So on the 06th September this year marks 4 years and no payment, worse no communication has been received. It is high time that this matter be resolved. Pay The Money
The company named above laid my husband Mr SS Maepa down in 2021. After a meeting with the Sheriff department of Klerksdorp. It was concluded that he would get a sum of funds amounting to R72K which was not paid since that day till today. We don't know if the problem is Sheriff Klerksdorp or The company mentioned above but what we want is the money paid and no excuses whatsoever because it has been exactly 4 years. Please help my children.
I have been waiting for over a claim regarding the father of my children, which he had insured via the work place. After he passed on I went to enquire and I was told I will deal with Momentum which I did, but it has been over 6 months and there's no communication which is a stressful matter, because I need that money for my girls. I submitted everything that was required including other contacts of my late partner's children. I need answers because the delay is stressful.
