In October we try to cancel the land line. We found that the line belonged to my Grandad and because of his death we needed a death certificate.
In November 2021 we went back with the death certificate to cancel the line.
We understood we only had to wait for the last account and pay and that the line was already canceled.
In February 2022 we received a SMS that stated that the line was suspended and we were handed over to the lawers. I called and explained that it was not suspended but canceld. Stil they did not understand.
The lawerers and Telcom can not even aggree on what we "owed".
