not happy. I ordered bedding from one of your suppliers 4 months ago. I am still waiting with no proof that my order was shipped or even couriered to me. I have asked for a refund and no one is willing to assist. R900 for my son that I truly can't afford. she ordered from you... back and fourth with no resolve. she won't refund me (my order and trust was with her) and you won't refund me. she or you have never tried to contact me to follow up and see how this can be resolved.

You have the right to be accountable! The right to refund me. Number 5 - the right to fair and responsible marketing. You said 14-21 days. Its been 4 months since i placed my order. Number 6. Fair and honest dealing. None of you have provided me with any information what so ever with regards to my order. Apparently it was shipped. I received no tracking number, no waybill number, no order.
